Durable You takes a different approach to fitness.
The goal isn’t six-pack abs or chasing the latest fitness trend—it’s helping older adults stay active, strong, and keep doing the things they love for years to come. So instead of creating something that felt intimidating, we created something that felt like an invitation.
So we leaned into something unexpected: a playful 70s-inspired visual world filled with bold colors, retro energy, and joyful movement.

The visual identity intentionally moved away from traditional fitness aesthetics—Instead, we built a brand with warmth and personality: playful iconography, retro-inspired shapes, and little moments of delight throughout the page.
Because showing up should feel exciting before class even starts.

Beyond Durable You, the broader Robby Skinner website needed to reflect Robby's broader philosophy around fitness: strong, focused, and built to last.
The contrast was intentional.
The site itself leaned into a darker, more elevated aesthetic—high contrast imagery, clean layouts, and a sense of confidence throughout the experience. While Durable You brought energy and playfulness, the surrounding website created balance: a more grounded environment that let each offering have its own personality.
Sometimes it just takes a little movement, and maybe a disco ball or two, to build a brand and website system that proves fitness doesn't have to feel intimidating to be effective…
