CNVRG Ventures is a forward-thinking brokerage specializing in mixed-use and multifamily properties. The brand was built from the ground up to reflect its innovative approach to real estate.

Working with the team at CNVRG Ventures, we created a first of it’s kind development in the Watertown neighborhood. That “beacon” of pioneering was carried through every detail from the interiors to each piece of marketing collateral. Below is the website designed for the property using a Squarespace interface.

33-35 Bowdoin Street, formerly St. John the Evangelist Episcopal Church is being converted to luxury condominiums. The naming and branding was inspired by the building’s unique architectural features.
